I have made this announcement before, and I am making it again for all the newbie’s!!!
YOU HAVE TO BE FLEXIBLE AND UNDERSTANDING! When it comes to shipping!
When I book with a pet nanny, I book a week out, they book the flight, time, day! Then they pass the info on to me and I pass it on to the customer.
The pet nanny then texts both me and my customer 24/48 hours before the flight with details. I do not have this information till that text is sent.
Flights can be canceled, oversold, delayed, weather affected.
The pet nanny is not located at my airport they must fly to my airport pick up then fly to you. Sometimes flights get canceled the night before, the morning of, or while the nanny is on layover.
THIS IS ALL OUT OF MY HANDS I DONT CONTROL THIS I CAN’T GIVE YOU ANY WARNING OF THIS HAPPENING!
All I can do is get you a new date, so I ask that you please be flexible and understanding.
And if you have any questions the fastest way to reach me is to text me, as I get 200 plus emails a day and do not always have time to get thru all my emails for the day!
