Price, Quality, Testing

1st- Prices.....

Prices.... we offer a huge range of prices on our pups. We understand that some pups may be out of your price range and that is why we offer wide range of prices, plus you have 8 weeks to pay off your pup! Prices on our pups vary based on size, parents, color, gender pedigree and more.

2nd-Quality.....

Quality..... we offer a variety of quality pups. Even out of our top pairs, only a select few make the cut to stay back as breeders/show dogs/parents... that's not to say we wont have some amazing looking kiddos! We have some mommas who will never make it to the show ring, but are kept based on temperament, agility, or working ability. Not every litter we breed will a phenomenal show protect. That being said, you aren't going to get a phenomenal show dog or breeding dog for a pet budget.  But I can guarantee you, you will get an amazing family member who will love you unconditionally:)

3rd-Testing......

Testing...….all of our dogs are tested. All of our pups come with a 1 year health guarantee and if anything happens to your pup, we are right there to help you out. With that being said- yes, some of our parents are carriers for certain things- carriers- NOT AFFECTED. We know who we can and cant breed together to get amazing litters with healthy puppies. With that being said- I'm not going to throw the baby out with the bath water just because they are a carrier for this or that. Why throw that away just because of a carrier gene? As far as a pet, there should be no worry about a single copy carrier for several aussie genes.

Boy vs Girl

MALE VS FEMALE... “As a general rule, there are no major personality  differences between male and female. Both males and females make great  companions and family members. Many people believe that female dogs make  better pets. Most calls for a puppy have people wanting a "sweet little  girl".  They don't  think females display alpha behavior like "marking"  and/or "humping". They believe that  they are docile and attentive and do not participate in fighting for  dominance. This couldn't be further from the truth. In the dog pack  makeup, females usually rule the roost, determine pecking order and  compete to maintain and/or alter that order.  The females are, as a  result, more independent, stubborn and territorial than  their male  counterparts. Most fights will usually break out between two females.

Males on the other hand are usually more affectionate, exuberant,  attentive and more desiring of attention.  They are very attached to  their people. They also tend to be more steadfast, reliable and less  moody. They are more outgoing, more accepting of other pets, playful for  more years and take quicker to children.  Most boys are easily  motivated by food and praise and are so eager to please that training is  easy. However, males can be more easily distracted during training  because of their playful nature. No matter what age, he is more likely  to act silly and more puppy-like, always wanting to play games. Boys are  fun loving until the day they die.  Females tend to be more reserved or  dignified as they age.  Neutered males rarely exhibit undesirable  secondary behavior such as "humping" or "marking" and lifting of legs.   Once the testosterone levels recede after neutering, most of these  behaviors (if they ever existed) will disappear. Boys who are neutered  early often don't ever raise their leg to urinate.  While females will  usually come to you for attention, when she’s had enough she will move  away.  Boys are always waiting for your attention and stay closer at  hand.

Keep an open mind when selecting your puppy.  Don't close the  door on a puppy because of preconceived notions of it's gender; you may  be missing out on a great companion! Either way you go, male or female,  if it's a Aussie you can't go wrong. Just keep in mind, every dog, male  or female has it's own personality and is unique in every way.

So,  before you decide on that age old dilemma of male or female, there are  many things to think about. Which ever gender you choose, having an  Australian Shepherd is a wonderful addition to your family”

How big will my Aussie be?

Miniature vs. Toy vs. Standard Aussie Dog Breed

If you're hankering for a handsome Australian shepherd but want a smaller dog, no problem.

These versatile canines come in standard, miniature and toy sizes. No matter the size, these dogs all share the same qualities.

Standard Australian Shepherd

Male Australian shepherds mature between 20 to 23 inches tall at the shoulder, with females standing between 18 to 21 inches high. Males weigh between 50 and 65 pounds, while females range between 40 to 55 pounds.

Miniature Australian Shepherd

At maturity, miniature Australian shepherds range between 15 to 18 inches tall at the shoulder, weighing between 25 to 40 pounds. Males are larger than females. Other than size, the miniature Australian shepherd looks exactly like the standard version. The breed was created by mating standard Aussies maturing on the small size to each other, until the resulting puppies remained true to size and type.

Toy Australian Shepherd

The toy is the smallest version of the Aussie, created by a similar breeding-down process. Toy Australian shepherds stand between 10 and 14 inches tall at the shoulder when full-grown, weighing between 12 and  23 lbs, depending on bone structure and size. Although he's small, the toy Aussie possesses all the herding instincts of his larger relatives. Unlike some other small dogs, who are relatively fragile, he's a good choice as a child's companion and gets along with other animals.

Do you guarantee the adult size of the pup?

Most definitely not! I wish I could see into the future, but just like with children you can't predict adult height/weight. The best I can do is provide the heights and weights of the parents.

Puppy Pictures

I know everyone is anxious to see their baby’s. I get requests daily for pictures and videos. My hubby and I are extremely busy with so many litters right now. We do our best to update pictures 4 times from birth to 7 weeks old. Typically those are done every 7-14 days depending how busy we are.  It takes a ton of time to clean, feed, clean, worm, clean, vaccinations, clean, vet visits, clean and more cleaning.....I’m sure you understand. I go non stop everyday from 6am to 7pm taking care of the puppies and dogs. I love every minute of it, even the cleaning. Please understand I can’t just drop everything and go take a video or pictures.  Picture days are planned ahead of time. We are busy taking care of your puppy to ensure you get a healthy, happy baby when they are 8 weeks old. You can take all the pictures and videos you want once your adorable fluff ball is in your arms. Thank you for understanding. 🐾🥰

What can I give my dog?

I hope this chart helps!  What is safe for your dog to eat, if your dog gets into something bad you can induce vomiting by giving peroxide, then please rush to your vet for Iv fluids.
The dose of hydrogen peroxide is small: 1 teaspoon per 5 lbs of the dog's body weight, with a maximum of 3 tablespoons.

Vaccines and Wormers

All puppies come with genetic health guarantee. Puppies are wormed at 2,4,6 & 8 weeks of age, come with their first 2 vaccines given, first heartworm prevention and first flea and tick prevention before they leave to go to their new homes.
They all receive at least two rounds of vaccines, early Parvo(NeoPar) and first combo shot pr

What we feed!!!

We feed Proplan Sport 30/20, and proplan puppy, your puppy will go home with a sample bag of food. Proplan can be purchased from chewy.com, and petsmart, and petco. Most any feed stores carry it too.  I free feed our dogs and puppies, and I recommend free feeding till they are atleast 9-12 month. Puppies have a tendency to nibble not empty their bowl. In small pups if you with hold food it can cause their blood sugar to drop.  Reason number 2 to free feed, the dog or puppy never feels like it’s starving, and won’t develop food aggression, Example: If you with hold food and that puppy is starving when you put down his/ her bowl of food, they have more tendencies to guard the food, because the puppy/ dog doesnt know when his or her next meal is.

Microchips

I no longer offer free microchips,  if you want your puppy microchipped please let me know, my vet charges $65 for a AKC microchip. I will let you know if this changes. I’m working on it setting up a new program for microchips

If a litter if left natural (aka) with tails or natural bobs, they will have the dew claws intact. If you want a tail but dew claws removed, I need to know!

If you don’t understand you need to ask questions.
